2. Description of Service

LocalViral AI is an AI Content Generation Engine that analyzes uploaded videos, images, and text to produce viral hooks, platform-specific captions, hyper-local hashtags, Google Business Profile posts, and remixed content scripts. The service is powered by Google Gemini AI and is provided on a freemium basis.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Platform as a guest (anonymous user) with limited generations, or create a permanent account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overwhelm the Platform's AI processing infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform beyond normal usage patterns
• Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI service without attribution

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the videos, images, and text you upload to the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your input content.

Generated Content: AI-generated outputs (hooks, captions, hashtags, scripts) are provided for your use. You may use, modify, and publish generated content for your business purposes. We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated content.

6. Free Tier & Usage Limits

Free-tier users are limited to a set number of AI generations per day. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary access restrictions.

7. Advertisements

The free tier of the Platform is supported by advertisements served via Google AdSense. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed during your session.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or achieve any particular result. You use generated content at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalViral AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
